Vans launches limited-edition sneakers in partnership with truth
Creativity speaks louder than words.
That’s the message that brought together Kevin Lyons, a Brooklyn-based graphic artist, Vans, and truth in a partnership that released a limited-edition sneaker based on Lyons’ art and carrying the message: everyone can use their voices and creativity to end smoking for good.

“Check this out, these are pretty sick,” Skateboarding Magazine wrote. “We’ve been waiting for a street artist styled shoe from Vans like this.”
In December, Lyons painted a monster mural in Raleigh, North Carolina -- an area of the country with higher-than-average tobacco usage rates – that included messages supporting truth’s “Finish It” campaign.
