Driven by science

EX Program has been proven to help people quit. A study published in JAMA Internal Medicine demonstrated the effectiveness of EX Program’s text message program, finding that young adults aged 18-24 who used the program had nearly 40% higher odds of quitting compared to a control group. A subsequent study published in JAMA studied teens who used the program, finding that participants who received the interactive text message program were 35% more likely to report not using nicotine at the 7-month study endpoint.

In addition to helping people quit nicotine, EX Program has also been shown to help young adults simultaneously cut down on cannabis use, according to a study in Substance Abuse, Prevention, and Treatment
