Join the Culture + Cessation Collective

Join the Culture + Cessation Collective in empowering LGBTQ+, Black, and Hispanic/Latino communities to break free from nicotine addiction. The collective, powered by Truth Initiative, is for community leaders, such as faith leaders, health advocates, and public health professionals, who are engaged in public health, public policy, advocacy, and/or behavioral and mental health. EX Program, Truth Initiative’s free, proven-effective digital quit program, has helped millions of people with tools that can increase odds of quitting by up to 40%.

Help your communities achieve freedom from nicotine addiction with free downloadable resources such as an FAQ about our Culture + Cessation Collective, palm cards about EX Program and Truth Initiative, and overviews of how EX Program can support teens and adults. EX Program provides free, 24/7 support through daily texts full of tips and advice, a resource library with expert guidance, and access to an active community of quitters. A range of Truth Initiative infographics and fact sheets are also available.
