As Vice President of Truth Initiative's Schroeder Institute, Dr. Jennifer Kreslake leads a team of policy and behavioral researchers in studying social and environmental determinants of tobacco use, monitoring the rapidly changing nicotine product landscape, and evaluating policies. In her work as a social and behavioral epidemiologist, Dr. Kreslake specializes in population-based study design, survey methodology, and qualitative research methods.
Dr. Kreslake’s research on tobacco product design and implications for use among targeted populations has been highly cited in both the academic literature and by local, state and federal public health agencies. Her work has appeared in publications such as the American Journal of Public Health, Nicotine & Tobacco Research, and Tobacco Control. Dr. Kreslake has provided instruction on principles of comprehensive tobacco control programs to public health students, practitioners, and policymakers.
Dr. Kreslake has a doctorate from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a master’s degree from the Boston University School of Public Health.
